What is his motive?

What is his motive?
The father has registered the son in all day kindergarten behind the mother’s back. This is just one of the long list of things that he has done to the mother behind her back. It is stated in the divorce decree that no decisions for the child will be made without both parents agreeing on them and or being present at the time they are made. The father has registered the child in pre-school the last two years without the mother invited to attend. The first year she didn’t even know about it until the child was attending for over a month. She then worked with the father and made arrangements on how the child would get to and from pre-school since he was the paying for it and it was benefiting the child. When the mother was taking the child to counseling she always informed the father before the appointment and also invited him to attend with her, but he refused. He thought since his and his son’s relationship was fine that the counseling was just to help the mother and son’s relationship.
The father wanted to switch the mother weekends, where he would have two weekends in a row and the mother would have two weekends in a row including Mother’s Day weekend. This is all because Mother’s Day falls on his Sunday. And he didn’t want to lose out on any of his time. Father’s Day also falls on his weekend. She didn’t agree to this.
Mother got a letter in the mail from the judge about attending mediation, and the focus on the child class. They already went through all of this just a year and a half ago. This is just another way to break the mother financially.
Please, if you can help her out, please send what you can to the addresses listed below. Mediation is $400-$500 an hour and the judge ordered a minimum of 3 meetings. She is responsible for 50% of every visit, and the focus on the child class is $35.
