The father showed up to pick up his son for his visitation. It was so nice outside that my daughter and her son and about 8 neighbor kids of my daughter, ages 3 to 12 were in the front yard having a water fight. While the two of them went in the house to get dry clothes on, the other kids and the ex husband waited outside. The ex husband took out his cell phone and took random pictures of the other kids that were playing in the front yard on her house. Why? And is this legal? He took pictures of minors without their or their parent's permission. After he left the kids told us about this and it made them very uncomfortable.
